A Candidate Having The Following Skills & Abilities
- Possessing at least 5-year-expertise in software development
- A professional with at least 3 years of Ruby on Rails experience
- A person with a strong sense of software design and architecture, distributed system. Knowledge of design and architecture patterns
- Good knowledge of relational database
- A concept of cache and MQ systems
- Background working in an Agile/Scrum development process
- A highly motivated, result-oriented, self-driven individual who knows how to address domain-specific challenges, prepared to collaborate with client on a daily basis and build a team
- Speaking English on an Upper-Intermediate level, able to deliver thoughts in a clear and structured manner
Desired Skills And Qualifications
- Test-Driven Development and writing unit and integration tests
- Using Behavior-Driven Development suite like Cucumber
- Competent writing software with MVC frameworks and JavaScript ecosystems. Ruby on Rails and React preferred
- Confidence working in a cloud environment like AWS
- Using basic Linux/Unix CLI and using Git and GitHub for source code control
- Knowledge of Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery systems like Jenkins
- The capability of debugging problems related to HTTP, XHR, JSON, CORS, SSL, S3, etc.
- Ability to investigate performance and memory issues
- Creating long-term API designs
