We’re looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Recruiter to support our global TA function and facilitate growth of the program in India and other regions. The Recruiter is responsible for all Senior, executive, intern, co-op, and recent college graduate hiring throughout the company on a global scale.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Execute on an end-to-end recruiting process, from candidate sourcing to offer extension/closing, for recent graduate and intern candidates in all relevant global locations, ensuring an excellent candidate experience throughout
- Partner with internal stakeholders to thoroughly understand the scope of roles and overall hiring needs prior to execution
- Track and maintain weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports on candidate pipelines
- Assist with planning and executing on-campus events
- Knowledge to conduct different types of interviews
- Willing to join as soon as possible
Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Good decision making
- Any Experience of working with a start-up or as an entrepreneur will be an added advantage.
