Hours: Full-time

Pay: £40,000 – £45,000 Annual Gross

Duration: Permanent

Location: UK-Med Office, Manchester, UK (Hybrid Working) or remote working options within +/-2 hours of UK Time

UK-Med is a frontline medical aid charity. Born of the NHS, we’ve been working for over 30 years.

The successful candidate will have significant experience in the area of emergency and disaster medicine and humanitarian response, ideally including migration and conflict contexts.

You will have the ability to act as an organizational focal point for rehabilitation and physiotherapy activities, both from a health technical and operational perspective. An ability to identify funding opportunities and help develop technical projects and program proposals to expand UK-Med’s overall portfolio.

You will be willing and able to deploy overseas with our responses, providing leadership to health teams and liaising closely with Ministries of Health, WHO and other partners.

You will have a positive and flexible problem-solving approach and be willing, able, and ready to deploy to support all UK-Med programmes and projects.
