Overview of the Position
Under the supervision of the CTO, the Senior Frontend Engineer with a keen eye for design is responsible for ensuring the alignment of the implements the user interface and engineers the experience of every site or software being put out by the business. The Senior Frontend also builds out patterns and abstractions that emphasize the efficiency of such.
What you will do: (Duties and Responsibilities)
-Work closely with the product specialists, UX engineers, design and deliver state-of-the-art UI
-Develop usable, elegant, performant and maintainable front end.
-Contribute to component based based development in ReactJS using Redux/MobX
-Work on API integration, API payload preparation/processing
Requirements and Qualifications
-5+ years of successful web development experience
-Excellent programming skills in Typescript, JavaScript (ES5, ES6), CSS/HTML
-Experience with Reactjs framework, and Redux/Flux/MobX is preferred
Nice to have
-A good sense of front-end design and UX
-Experience with tools like Webpack, Gulp, or similar
-Prior experience with high-velocity feature development projects
-Experience with CSS preprocessors e.g. SASS/SCSS
-Data visualization with Echarts, D3.js or similar
-Google Maps API, Mapbox
-Experience with testing frameworks like Jest, or similar
-Experience with data, analytics and related technologies
-Experience with Git or similar version control
-Experience in a remote SCRUM team involving daily meetings, grooming, planning, etc
-English level: Intermediate or higher
-A sense of urgency and ownership over the product
-Proactive, high-energy, competitive, and creative individual
-Driven to outperform; dedicated to self-improvement
