En votre qualité de Business Partner, vous accompagnez l’organisation dans l’exécution d’un carnet de commandes solide et préparerez l’entreprise à de futurs succès. Agile, vous êtes capable d’établir des relations solides avec les parties prenantes internes et de gérer les projets d’un point de vue financier. En sus de ce qui est annoncé plus haut, vous avez une utilisation optimale de SAP.

Main Responsibilities

  • Controlling of the Romandie profit centre.
  • Leading the preparation of the local monthly reporting
  • Monitoring of financial statements
  • Ensuring compliance with Group accounting standards and IFRS.
  • Developing reports for internal stakeholders and local contact partner for external regulatory bodies.

– Supporting the ERP architecture simplification and data consistencies between the various tools in use –

  • Assisting the project manager community in their need & review of project financials
  • Financial monitoring and analysis of projects costs and revenue trends, daily tasks to set projects structure up, make sure costs are monitored and controlled.
  • Preparing financial dashboard for joint ventures prior accrual bookings and regular project reviews for key projects in focus.
  • Documenting project status, risk exposure and following up on action plans, ongoing claims and opportunities at stake.
  • Supporting the organisation in all training materials that will be deployed cross profit centres to increase financial and contractual awareness within the non-finance and non-legal community.
  • Updating machine related cash out payments planning and actual spend on major investments/reparation costs.
  • Checking consistencies of materials allocation in the inventory and assets data base + supporting the workshops cost centres managers in aligning with internal directives.

Main Requirements

  • University degree in Accounting, Finance, or relevant field.
  • Track record in Finance, Accounting & Controlling roles, contract management as a strong plus.
  • Exceptional skills in building trustworthy relationship with internal stakeholders
  • knowledge of cost accounting, asset management, project controlling and corporate finance aspects.
  • Full proficiency on SAP and IT knowledge is preferred
  • Strong drive for continuous improvement, needs to be a self-starter, who is used to drive performance,

initiates and takes on projects, strong accountability required.

  • Native French with fluent English or German
