The Finance Transformation team within Corporate Finance & Strategy is a new team whose mission is to lead critical initiatives that improve the efficiency of the broader Finance & Strategy team through transformation of our processes, people and technology. We are looking for a forward-thinking, driven individual who will succeed in a fast-paced environment and support our team in making sound recommendations that will allow the company to scale as we propel the business.

Who we’re looking for

This is a newly created role that will be highly visible and will require frequent cross-functional partnership as well as partnering within the Finance organization. This fast-paced role provides an outstanding opportunity to own and drive critical analyses and continuous improvement opportunities in uncharted waters!

What you’ll be doing

  • Be a subject matter expert on Adaptive Planning for the Finance & Strategy team
  • Build reports and dashboards using Adaptive, Tableau, PowerBI, or other data visualization tools
  • Work with cross functional partners in IT and Finance Shared Services on sprint planning and the coordination of core monthly processes in F&S
  • Implement improvements & automation to streamline current processes
  • Build on foundation of strong relationships with our partners across the organization and drive cross-functional alignment
  • Tackle new & evolving priorities for the team, including ad hoc analyses

What you bring to the role

  • 3+ years experience in finance, systems, accounting, investment banking, consulting, private equity, business operations, or sales operations
  • Experience with financial modeling and analytical mindset / working with data required
  • Positive attitude with high aptitude to learn new things quickly. Team player eager to further develop and grow with us
  • Demonstrate intellectual curiosity, problem-solving skills, and hunger to continually up-level current approaches and processes
  • Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail – “get it done” attitude
  • Highly adept in Excel. Working knowledge of SQL, Netsuite, Salesforce, Hyperion, Adaptive, Anaplan, or other planning tools a plus
