The Senior Financial Analyst is a finance position within the Supply Chain Finance group, specifically assigned to the Logistics team. The position will report to the Senior Manager Logistics Finance. This group has financial oversight/ownership of 40+ Distribution Centers and Freight for the total company (Outbound, Inbound and Inter-Company).
The Senior Financial Analyst will be expected to collaborate with Supply Chain Logistics team and provide financial guidance from a warehouse and freight aspect. This role is responsible for a variety of financial duties surrounding the planning, forecasting, analysis and reporting functions within the warehouse and freight functions. This includes periodic reporting of financial results, variance analysis versus plan and prior year, forecasts, the annual budget process, data consolidation and special projects. This role will partner with the Logistics team to provide financial guidance and analytics to support key decision making. Actively participate in key finance functional initiatives.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Assist with the annual budget process for the Logistics team. Collaborate with Divisions and other Supply Chain functions to develop, summarize and report out annual budgets.
- Assist in the monthly reporting and financial forecast process for warehouse and freight. Ensure timely and accurate financial visibility for each Division and Category.
- Enhance current monthly analysis and report outs of key financial metrics. Ensure consistency of reporting and analysis across the categories and divisions.
- Lead other special projects and ad hoc reporting requests as required.

Education:
Bachelor’s Degree Required
Certification/Licensure Required for Job: CPA preferred
Minimum Experience Preferred (Number of years and type):
At least 4 years’ experience in Accounting or Finance Role
Travel Requirements:
Minimal Travel – Approx. 5%
