Cobalt is currently supporting a fantastic Real Estate Investment firm in their search for a Senior Financial Accountant to join their team.
Our client is looking to hire a Senior Financial Accountant to support the team in the preparation of monthly accounting, preparing statutory financial statements and to focus on the accounting for the indirect entities.
Key responsibilities:
- Preparation of financial statements
- Preparation of monthly accounting for all indirect entities
- Monthly variance analysis
- Balance sheet reconciliations
- Preparation of statutory financial statements for corporate entities
- KPI reporting
- Liaising with non-finance members & auditors
Requirements:
- ACCA/ACA/CIMA qualified (or equivalent)
- Strong knowledge of IFRS and UK GAAP
- Experience producing reports and financial statements
- Strong Excel skills
