The Senior Finance Analyst will work with the Financial Planning & Analysis team to consolidate forecasts and provide stakeholders with data, financial analysis, and recommendations to maximize the company’s financial position. Responsibilities: * Serve as key finance business partner to Mandiant Consulting Services business teams * Build upon current models to forecast bookings, billings, revenue, margins, and headcount * Analyze financial and operational information to develop KPIs that provide the insights needed for key decision making; collaborate with business leads on key KPIs to drive bookings growth and explain main drivers of variances * Ownership of expense (operating, capital) and headcount management; provide monthly/quarterly financial reviews including budget variance to department owners * Provide analytical support in deal pricing and review contract structure * Engage global business partners to create detailed financial plans and influence investment/pricing decisions * Partner with sales, sales operations and other business teams to analyze sales pipeline to ensure performance targets are met * Participate in cross-functional initiatives including projects related to streamlining and improving processes. * Drive, coordinate and manage the quarterly P&L flux process with the rest of the FP&A analysts, accounting and auditors * Assist with investor relations modeling Basic Qualifications: * Degree in finance, accounting, or related field * 5+ years related experience in FP&A and/or operational support; subscription-based or SaaS business experience a plus. Desired Qualifications: * Experience with business tools such as OpenAir, Oracle Projects, and Business Intelligence to provide results and assist with daily finance operations * Outstanding analytical and quantitative skills; able to resolve tough business problems with well-structured analyses while looking into details * Motivated self-starter * Experience with financial modeling and analysis skills, with advanced Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint skills * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and ability to clearly communicate results with senior-level executives * Ability to work effectively with a diverse team and produce time-sensitive deliverables * Willingness to accept new challenges, and a high level of curiosity and creativity as it relates to new projects, and finding solutions to problems As a U.S. federal contractor, Mandiant has adopted a COVID-19 Vaccination Policy to comply with our obligations under applicable laws and requirements.
