To start shortly, we are currently seeking for our Department Regulation, Vehicle-Safety & Environment a
(SENIOR) Engineer Emission Regulation (m/f/d)
Tasks
- Follow-up and interpretation of Emission Regulation especially Euro 6 as well as upcoming Euro 7, RDE, ISC and related test procedures
- Monitoring of future trends on Emission Regulation and cross-sectional impact-analysis on vehicle development
- Contribution to company’s global PT strategy
- Collaboration especially with Authorities, NGO’s, test- laboratories and suppliers
- Company’s representative in international working groups (OEM’s, test-houses as well as NGO’s)
- Close cooperation with HMETC departments and R&D Center in Namyang (South Korea)
Requirements
- Degree in Automotive Engineering or comparable
- Significant experience in vehicle Emission Regulation at an OEM, Tier1 supplier, Technical Service or Association
- Experience in international working groups
- Analytical way of working and interdisciplinary way of thinking
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Highly pronounced negotiation skills
- Willingness to travel
- A good command of English language
- A good knowledge of the MS-Office applications
- Interest in automotive topics
