An exciting growth opportunity in the Supply Chain Strategy & Innovation team, where we are seeking you, an experienced Senior Director Supply Chain Strategy & Transformation. Why? Key Accountabilities

  • Be a key member of the Strategy & Innovation leadership team, reporting directly to the Vice President, and working closely with your peers in Market & Functional teams.
  • Lead and effectively deploy multiple senior strategy & transformation managers to deliver on our big bets, in alignment with strategic direction.
  • Build, lead, and coach your team, fostering a collaborative, safe environment, where team members grow & continuously learn.
  • Work closely with the executive leadership team to develop and refine our strategy and choices, aligning it with the company’s short, mid, and long-term vision and objectives.
  • Deliver and execute on strategic vision, including defining success metrics and any operating model adjustments with business sponsors.
  • Establish & drive the Supply Chain strategy development process and lead the project portfolio prioritization by conducting and coordinating thorough due diligence on potential targets, including financial analysis and risk assessments.
  • Perform in-depth analysis to support business decision-making through channel insights, market needs, global effectiveness, enabled through financial modelling.
  • Make data-driven recommendations, leveraging insights of our Supply Chain Intelligence team.
  • Support overall representation of Supply Chain Strategy & Transformation team within/beyond function / market area.
  • Personally double down on big bets that enable change in the function / market organization.

    • Product (Creation functions, Footwear, Apparel and A&G product ops, etc.)
    • Markets (SCM and Sales functions)
    • Marketing (horizontal and vertical BU divisions)

Qualifications

  • 12+ years of relevant work experience in Multinational Corporation (MNC) environment (e.g. consulting, project management, apparel/fashion, supply chain management background)
  • Within which 5+ years of proven track record of large-scale projects and/or transformations; direct report / team management mandatory
  • Strong understanding of global operations and opportunities
  • Colleague or university degree, or equivalent combination of education & experience
