Salary: £32,622 – £35,624 actual per annum (depending on skills and experience) + London allowance of £3,600 (if applicable)

Working Hours: 35 per week

About The Role

The Digital Fundraising team is responsible for maximising fundraising income through digital products, platforms, and channels.

In this exciting new position, the Senior Digital Fundraising Officer will work with Fundraising teams and external partners to enhance channel performance and grow income for their organisation.

As Senior Digital Fundraising Officer, you will be a digital marketing specialist with the confidence to use data and insights from analytics and latest trends to shape plans for digital fundraising channels and activities, to help secure competitive advantage.

You will be proactive towards making recommendations to improve digital performance, and work with a range of stakeholders to drive collaboration and shared learnings.

You will also work to help increase innovation in Fundraising through the introduction of new channels and testing, and manage the Digital Fundraising team’s channel innovation budget.

About You

They are looking for a strategic thinker with a passion for digital advertising and marketing, and hands-on experience across a range of digital marketing channels and platforms, as well as experience across reporting, strategy development, analytics, and testing.

You will be confident in developing strategic plans with positive impact on income generation for digital fundraising activity. You will be an open-minded communicator who is comfortable with reporting to and influencing stakeholders across all levels. You are someone that adopts a commercial eye towards your work and is ambitious about securing competitive advantage.

This role is predominantly home-based, but the team comes together once a month to meet in person, and there is flexibility for more frequent office-working if desired. They are happy to discuss any preferences before or during the application process.
