JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a Senior Digital Media Analyst to join our growing Solutions team. This is an exciting opportunity for anyone with paid digital media experience, in particular social media, looking to do so at the highest level. This person will be an integral member of a growing team, working cross functionally to bring a data-driven approach to decision-making and exceed client performance expectations with KPI creation, insight & recommendation development, and strategic support. The ideal candidate is an expert storyteller when it comes to creating client presentations.
What you’ll do:
- Set the vision for digital media measurement with a focus on social media
- Produce research and reporting that quantify and optimize messaging, audience, and strategy
- Produce analytical insights and recommendations directly available to key business executives and digital stakeholders for iterative, continuous business growth opportunities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to establish social media metric benchmarks and goals
- Collaborate with strategists to develop and identify key KPIs to measure social impact and performance
- Support brand teams on any internal projects to further develop the analytics practice including implementation of analytical tools, techniques, processes, and frameworks
- Work closely with publisher partners (including Facebook, Snap, TikTok) to measure the success of new beta opportunities.
- Present social data and findings to day to day clients and executives as well as other stakeholders
Who you are:
- A Social Media addict who understands and appreciates the platforms and landscape
- Analytical, organized and results-driven
- Comfortable in client-facing interaction and internal meetings
- Both a long-term and short-term problem solver, able to put out today’s fire while also addressing the root cause.
- Flexible and can adjust to a rapidly changing business.
- A team-oriented problem solver and when the pressure is on, you keep your cool
- A life-hacker. You don’t need to be a coder, but using tech to save time and improve workflow is a must
- A self-starting approach and ability to work remotely without constant oversight
Need to have:
- A minimum of 4+ of experience analyzing digital and social campaign performance
- Experience with Facebook ads, Twitter ads, or other RTB media buying and optimization tools
- Comfort working with large data sets across a variety of projects and metrics
- Good understanding of web technologies (pixels, HTML, javascript)
- Experience with Microsoft Excel and Google Docs
- Proven track record of influencing others to drive your key business KPIs
- Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Professional maturity, integrity, discipline, and a positive attitude
- Automotive experience a plus
