We are looking for a process-driven paralegal experienced in all things contract and legal ops related to join our legal team! Reporting to our Senior Corporate Counsel, you are a necessary player in the process of managing vendor and customer contracts, maintenance of corporate records and filings, training, and more. You also collaborate with our broader legal team to help it design and implement creative solutions, streamline internal processes, and serve internal and external clients.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage, review and assist in negotiating vendor, customer, nondisclosure, employment and other agreements
  • Negotiate in writing and verbally with counterparties and present arguments for our legal position
  • Facilitate and compile cross functional stakeholder reviews of complex agreements from Business, Security, Finance and other teams,
  • Help maintain a contract management system, including designing new automated workflows and training users
  • Help develop training, processes and policies associated with regulatory and corporate functions
  • Help maintain and improve existing contract templates
  • Help develop dashboards to collect and communicate analytics/results/learnings of various efforts
  • Help manage and maintain corporate and regulatory licenses and records
  • Project manage and spearhead process design for legal team initiatives

You’ll Need

  • Bachelor’s degree and Paralegal Certification
  • 5 or more years experience in a transactional or contracts-based practice, with in-house legal experience
  • 5 or more years experience reviewing, negotiating, and drafting commercial contracts
  • Knowledge of contractual binding terms and conditions, with strong drafting skills
  • Experience with SaaS, vendor, platform or healthcare-related contracts
  • Experience in healthcare or technology companies
  • Experience presenting ideas to multiple levels within an organization, bringing together internal stakeholders and managing customer and vendor relationships
  • Methods to prioritize and organize workflow and to design and enact efficient processes
  • Methods to collect, analyze, and synthesize data

This job can be performed in a location where we have an office: San Mateo, CA, Chicago, IL, or Lehi, UT, or hired for remote work in the following states: CA, CO, IL, MN, OR, TX, UT, or WA.

Pay Transparency Statement

Per Colorado’s Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the estimated hourly pay range for this role if hired in Colorado is $35.24-$53.80. Compensation will depend on multiple factors, including geographic location, qualifications, and experience.

Please note that this information is provided for those hired in Colorado only, and this role is open to candidates outside of those locations as well.
