Infosys is looking for a Consultant to join our client���������s Knowledge Management team. In this role, you���������ll have the opportunity to impact and influence content strategy, support channel strategy, taxonomy designs, content authoring, content reviews and publishing.

In the role of Consultant, you will interface with key stakeholders and apply your technical proficiency to manage content across various lifecycle stages of content from strategy to development, publishing, and archiving. In the process you will support various existing Knowledge and Content Management applications and tools to deliver highly structured content, validation for all types of testing and support activities, transition, and warranty. What You���������ll Do

  • Develop, Review and Manage well-organized content based on a thorough understanding of business objectives, user needs, and best practices
  • Support the KM team with planning, writing, editing, and reviewing written content for a variety of digital channels.
  • Participate in content strategy, provide thought leadership, and support SEO goals
  • Collaborate with KM and other internal teams through internal platforms to create, review and drive digital content.
  • Work with multiple teams on validation and testing activities for content launches and upgrades.

Required Skills

  • Bachelor���������s degree or equivalent li>
  • At least 5 years of experience in Knowledge Management systems in managing omni-channel content or marketing experience
  • Possess excellent communication skills, understand customer requirements, and provide Knowledge Management solutions.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in Upland Right Answers Knowledge Management tool or any Knowledge Management or Content Management or Collaboration tools.
  • Project leadership, co���������ordination of matrixed teams, development of complex technical content.
  • Content authoring, content transfer, Content Publishing, communications to internal stakeholders (e.g. Knowledge Authors), driving adoption.
  • Coordinate support and/or maintenance required for the Knowledge Management systems, including liaising with vendor.
  • Responsible testing process ownership, process analytics, developing basic technical content, access administration, communication, documentation, adoption assistance and t
  • Strong hands-on in KMS best practices and features.
  • Experience with HTML, JavaScript, CSS, Responsive Web Design
