As senior consultant in our “GBS Go West” Program for our market-leading GBS practice with our Europe West region, you will be part of our teams in Munich, Frankfurt/Main, Berlin, Duesseldorf, Hamburg or Stuttgart combining work from client site, office and home. Our “GBS Go West” Program will seek strong end-to-end process and solution experts with operational SSC experience, for example from Eastern Europe, and develop them into leading GBS consultants. The program combines project engagements for international GBS clients with special trainings and/or digital certifications (e.g. HighRadius, Blackline, ServiceNOW) and partner level mentoring. Based on your strong end-to-end process understanding (O2C, S2P or R2R) and GBS experience you will:
- help our clients to define their digital GBS process strategy or design and implement state of the art end-to-end processes (especially O2C, S2P or R2R)
- establish GBS process and activity splits and optimize process designs before and during transitions
- develop our end-to-end solution concepts through the identification and integration of leading digital enablers
- work as integral part of our GBS client facing teams from strategy to design and implementation
What You Can Contribute – Skills For Shaping The Future
- 3 years+ operational GBS experience in an operational SSC role in one end-to-end process area: order-to-cash, source-to-pay or record-to-report
- Completed Bachelor- or Master-degree in accounting, finance, business administration or related fields
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to set work priorities and complete work with minimal supervision
- Strong team player who likes to work with colleagues from diverse, international backgrounds
- Entrepreneurial mindset paired with strong communication skills in English and preferably German
- Willingness to relocate to Germany for at least 2 years
