Your challenge
Main tasks:
- Preparing FCC CH and Group related management reports
- Coordinating and contributing to the FCC part of the quarterly Compliance Risk Cockpit
- Monitoring of reported SAR cases, management of the MROS tracker and preparation of SAR related reports
- Management of the Compliance Exceptions to Policy (EtP) Tracker
- Implementation of 2nd line defense
- Supervision of the internal control system and key controls for the FCC
Additional tasks:
- Implementation and support in the execution of special investigations
- Planning and implementation of second line defense based on evaluations of the FCC-SI database
Your profile
Job requirements:
- Education: A Bachelor’s degree in fields such as economics, law, or financial auditing is required.
- Professional Experience: A minimum of several years of experience in the compliance department of the banking sector is necessary.
- Languages: Proficiency in both written and spoken German is essential, with advanced English skills; knowledge of additional languages is considered an asset.

- You demonstrate a strong commitment to professional ethics, embodying a compliance-oriented mindset.
- You exhibit loyalty, trustworthiness, and an outgoing nature, with a willingness to engage directly with frontline personnel.
- You possess strong analytical skills
