Senior Commercial Finance Analyst

Just Eat is looking to hire a Commercial Finance Analyst into the UK Finance Team to further support the diverse, and fast-evolving, requirements of Just Eat. Supporting the UK Head of Finance, this is a ‘hands-on’ and fast-paced role, with the opportunity to provide commercial analysis and develop your path to becoming a Commercial Finance Manager.

All About The Role

You will be someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced and entrepreneurial environment, has strong data skills and commercial awareness to understand and help manage a P&L. You will provide insights that support decision making to maximise customer experience and operational efficiency. It will report to a Head of Finance and work closely with key stakeholders across the business.

In this role, you will also have the opportunity to:

• Partner with the UK Sales teams to understand and analyse performance of business initiatives and ongoing focus areas
• Provide timely reporting and insightful analysis on key strategic initiatives
• Own and further develop the breadth of reporting across our key growth metrics
• Support the development, implementation and management of commercial programs
• Assist in preparation of month end financials and supporting presentations with insightful analysis and commentary
• Support in budgeting and forecasting processes

Can you deliver…

Here are the skills and experience we need from you:

• Recently qualified with CIMA/ACCA/ACA preferable with some commercial experince
• Strong in Excel and financial modelling
• High level of attention to detail
• Enjoys working with data and comfortable dealing with messy unstructured data
• Deliver reports, analysis and insights that drive operational excellence
• Incrementally improves processes and consistently advances techniques and abilities
• Team player with good interpersonal and communications skills
• Ability to multitask, work to tight deadlines and prioritise competing demands
