Senior Business Intelligence Analyst

We are pleased to inform you that Cerner is looking for a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst. As a Sr. Business Intelligence Analyst, you would be responsible to Utilize advanced data analysis skills to explain business issues and financial implications. Leverage broad knowledge across the organization to address business issues. Identify and interpret trends and patterns in datasets to locate influences. Identify and drive high impact process change or workflow improvements. Drive identified business initiatives and project delivery. Identify and propose remediation to cross domain process and data issues. Coach and mentor associates.

People Management Responsibilities (for associates with one or more direct reports):

Seek to understand disagreements, ensure all perspectives are heard and facilitate a plan for resolution. Delegate the work appropriately, provide clear expectations and follow up to ensure progress and overcome roadblocks. Identify associates and team priorities based on business direction and adjust when needed. Lead by example and share knowledge and experiences with associates and team. Create a respectful work environment where you advocate for your team, create accountability and recognize accomplishments. Provide timely feedback to encourage success, ensure accountability and connect opportunities for your associates’ development. Identify the right talent to achieve the desired results. Promote and build a diverse and cohesive team to accomplish objectives and align associates’ skills to fill gaps.

Qualifications Basic Qualification

• Any Bachelor’s Degree
• At least 6 years of work experience in Power BI, Advanced Excel, Project Management
• At least 5 years of work experience in SQL skills (Intermediate to Expert level).
• At least 5 years of experience in business reporting tools like Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Business Intelligence apps
