The #TASCDreamTeam is growing!!!!We’re Hiring Superheroes to Join our team.OBJECTIVE:We are looking for a Senior Business Development Advisor within our Business Set-Up /PRO team.This role will play a critical! part in securing new clients and managing the relationship through to end delivery. An effective Senior Business Development Advisor has great aptitude in securing new business as well as building and maintaining customer relationships.They are also process-driven and drive excellence through an industry framework, to build a world-class business set up practice. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Securing new business through exceptional sales acumen, applies client knowledge, sales, opportunity management and contract processes to structure high-impact solutions for clients.Facilitating and participating in meetings with key client stakeholders to develop an understanding of their businessEnsure that people are aware of the product and services offered by the company which are available to assist them with starting up in businessImplementing recommendations/solutions and ensuring the client receives the necessary assistance to carry their desired business in UAE.Presenting recommendations to clients regarding the business opportunities and advantages of starting a business in different zones in UAE.Carrying out research and data collection to understand the nature of business the client has intended to start and its implications in different zones in UAE.Liaising with the client to keep them informed of progress and to make relevant decisions to ensure smooth process of application.Representing company professionally in both client and team situationsUndertake and complete on time all administration duties associated with the post includes but not limited to updating internal processes.Prepare and present monthly written reports to the Line Manager and, where appropriate, participate in meetings to discuss contract performance.Develop cultural awareness activities to improve self-employment opportunities in the labour market.Contribute to the development of marketing materials.Ensure that accurate documentation is submitted in a timely manner.Establish and maintain good linkages with known main referral routes and business set up consultants.Attend networking events to promote company services.PERSON SPECIFICATION: Qualification BSc/BA in business administration, sales or relevant field, from an institute of international repute.Skills and Competencies:5-8 years plus experience as a Senior Business Development Advisor or similar leadership position within the business set up, PRO or services businessDemonstrable experience in sales, negotiation and meeting client requirementsHigh attention to detail and consistent achievement of deadlines on SLA���sWorking knowledge of business intelligence, reporting toolsExcellent communication and interpersonal abilities with aptitude in fostering long-term relationshipsOutstanding organizational and leadership skillsIdeal person will perform to TASC values of Reliability, Agility, Collaboration, Quo/icy, Innovation and Respect AND show drive to exceed numbers and set goals
