Working on multiple national and global mandates, our Associates deliver an array of work across our areas of expertise for a varied group of clients across a range of industries.Main ResponsibilitiesBuild and maintain excellent client relationships and continuously deliver work that exceeds our clients’ expectationsDevelop and nurture a strong network with relevant stakeholders, including journalists, analysts and other key contactsDeal with high pressured and time sensitive situationsDevelop excellent client knowledge and understanding ��� to give concise, accurate overviews of each client���s business, communications objectives and PR strategyStay up to date with trends, issues and challenges that affect clients’ businesses and industries, through media coverage and regulatory developmentsDevelop a clear understanding of the role and responsibilities in each client team, and how these contribute to overall client strategyConduct desk research (media audits, market intelligence reports) and contribute to the development of communications strategies, making use of market analytics toolsDraft communications materials, including communications plans, press releases and presentationsSupport the planning, organisation and management of various events including interviews, media roundtables, and press conferencesPlan and execute social media campaigns, including using data analytics tools to measure campaign output and online engagementPitch complex topics to journalists RequirementsInitial professional experience in communication (preferably in a communications consultancy or the communications department of a company)A strong interest in news, current affairs and the mediaExperience working in the UAE or GCC and knowledge of the region is desirableBachelor���s Degree in Strategic Communications, Business Administration, Political Science or any other relevant fieldExcellent verbal communications and presentation skillsFluent spoken and written English is a must, fluency in Arabic would be an advantage and additional language skills are a plusExcellent attention to detail, enthusiasm, strong organizational skills, ability to multi-task and work as part of a team in a fast-paced environmentStrong command of all Microsoft Office programsOccasional business travel across the GCC and Middle East may be requiredAdditional desirable skillsDigital and social media capabilities are a plus: content creation, social media listening, community management, paid media management and influencer campaignsPrevious experience with industry tools Pulsar, Factiva, Quid, Moz or similar is a plusWhat we offerKekst CNC offers an inspiring working atmosphere, characterised by the highest level of professionalism in a challenging environment, lots of fun at work and an open corporate culture where you can be yourself.
