We are hiring at ALA Legal, Advocates & Solicitors (New Delhi) for the post of Associate/Senior Associate, 3-4 candidates with professional qualification of L.L.B. from a reputed Law School having post qualification experience of 1-5 years in Indirect Tax Advisory & / or Litigation.
Job Description:
· Well versed in drafting of legal documents including Reply of notice, Appeal, Writ Etc.
· Good knowledge of Tax Laws.
· Well versed with Research on legal issues & applying them to the specific problem of clients.
· Well versed with interpretation of statutes.
· Preparing regular legal updates & Articles.
Competence Requirements:
· Taking ownership of the work assigned to them.
· Excellent English Communication (Reading & Writing Skills).
· Avid team Member.
· Post qualification experience of 1-5 years in indirect taxes.
