Job Description

GiveIndia is looking for a hands-on, detail oriented and highly motivated individual to manage our Due Diligence and Compliance process for NGO partners. Our framework is designed to bring trust, which is why we verify and validate all the legal requirements that a nonprofit needs to follow to be compliant with the norms .Due diligence of NGOs and their operations is at the heart of GiveIndia’s promise to the donors. Our NGO ecosystem is built with a view to bringing credibility to the social sector as well as to our donors and network of supporters.

This is an extremely wonderful opportunity for a young individual who is eager to learn about the social sector and loves to interact with people. The person will have to conduct credibility assurance for our NGO partners and ensure the due diligence standards are met and only verified NGOs become a part of our ecosystem.

Responsibilities

  • The candidate will have end to end responsibility for managing various aspects of the compliance requirements that are a cornerstone of GiveIndia’s programs.
  • Through excellence in project implementation, reinforce the compliance and due diligence standards of GiveIndia, identify and fix the gaps in the current process.
  • Ensure high standards of due diligence and compliance are maintained in every process and iteration
  • Ensure on-time completion of the Due Diligence Checks and related process for partner NGOs
  • Work closely with Non-Profits and internal teams and continuously strive to improve the efficiency and outcome of the process.
  • Analyze, evaluate, and overcome program risks, and produce , maintain and monitor dashboards for stakeholders, as the compliance requirements are the cornerstone of the trust that is placed in GiveIndia by its large donor base.

Experience: The ideal candidate is passionate about social and humanitarian causes, has an experience of 4-6 years and has strong communication and organizational skills
