Job Description
1. Thorough accounting knowledge and strong financial analysis skills
2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
3. Responsible for executing client engagements in the area of Transaction services Buy side / sell side financial due diligence or Carve-outs assignments etc
4. Deliver work of the highest quality within budget
5. Actively establish and manage relationships with clients on projects
6. Strong technical knowhow on financial statements analysis, KPIs, building databook (Analysis Pack), preparation/consolidation of financial statements, trial balance mapping, reconciliation of management and audited accounts. Various other analysis: price-volume, churn-rate, top customers, ageing, headcount and trending analysis
7. Framing management questions and writing diligence reports (including key issues, business overviews, historical sections, Quality of earnings adjustment section etc.)
8. Proficient in data analysis validation
9. Proficient in excel and large volumes of data
10. Attention to detail
11. Developed inter-personal skills, team orientation, and professional attitude. Self-motivated and with an ability to operate with limited supervision
