Job Description:

• Job role would mainly be design work & coordination, relationship management, multiple project supervision with issue handling and process development
• Multiple project planning (budget, timetable, resources), follow-up and progress reporting
• Quality control, risk analysis & management and process improvement
• Participation to site meetings when necessary
• Use of project tools, must be confident with IT, digital tools including REVIT software
• Participate in sales meeting and individually run follow-up meetings
• Has knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.
• Works with very little supervision or coaching. Primary job functions require exercising independent judgment.

Must haves:

• Time management & organized
• UAE experience
• Good presentation skills and taste
• Revit, Autocad, sketchup
• Good design skills and ability to realize the concept in detailed design
• Good client communication and sales skills
• Forecast of project issues
• Good communication with consultants and authorities
• Understanding of co-odination between different disciplines – Architectural , Interior Design, Structural, MEP & Landscape
• Team communication and co-ordination
• Works independently
• Ability to handle multiple projects at a time

We expect:

• Bachelors/ master’s degree in architecture or equivalent skills

• extensive experience on designing villas or small residential houses
• experience on staff supervision, running an architectural office or team of architects
• outgoing and good presentation skills
• Interior design understanding
• CAD skills and 3D modeling experience
• BIM experience /understanding
• Project planning and site control experience
• Interest and experience in contemporary & green design
• MS office skills
• Needs to get along with everybody and fit to our young minded team.
• Interest or experience of construction industry or property development
• UAE Driving License and own car
