This role will support CARE USA’s organizational performance management, serve as a key focal point for coordination, and organization of quarterly performance reviews. Reporting to the Director of Strategy and Planning, the Senior Analyst will be an exceptional strategic performance management guru, a strategic thought partner, and a process/project management pro. As an experienced cross-teams facilitator, the Sr. Manager promotes collaborative and streamlined ways of working.

- Special strategy and projects and analytics
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- 4-7+ years of industry experience in a related role, such as business analysis, project management, or data analysis
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex data and draw insights
- Comfort with Microsoft Office Suite, and specifically conducting analysis in Excel (e.g., formulas and pivot tables) or PowerBI
- Storylining; Planning and budgeting; Advanced written communications; Planning & Organizing; Executive presence and presentation skills; Cross cultural communication;
- Strong project management capabilities with excellent reporting and dashboard development and data management
- Comfort with project management tools
