Be a part of the Marketing Operations team that is leading the managed services arm of Accenture. We power our client’s business through the integration of insights, data, and technology. We are focused on activating and scaling the best brand experiences, to deliver breakthrough marketing-led growth, cost-effectively, across all digital consumer touchpoints and channels. You will be working with the quality analysis team which works on industry standard quality tools and frameworks.

In Quality Management, you will be overseeing all activities and tasks needed to maintain a desired level of excellence. This includes the determination of a quality policy, creating and implementing quality planning and assurance, quality control, and quality improvement.

In this role, you need to analyze and solve increasingly complex problems

Your day to day interactions is with peers within Accenture

You are likely to have some interaction with clients and/or Accenture management

You will need to consistently seek and provide meaningful and actionable feedback in all interactions
