As a Senior Agile Coach (m/f/d), you will play a critical role in our team of experienced Agile coaches within the Product Development department. Our mission is to enable individuals, teams, and internal organisations to achieve increasing maturity, emphasising organisational development and agile interactions by offering agile coaching as a service.

Our agile coaching portfolio you will contribute to:

• Leadership Coaching We provide one-on-one coaching and mentorship to individuals to become servant leaders.
• Organization Development Consultation We support leadership teams in developing their organisation to be fit for continuous change and business agility.
• Team Development We work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance their understanding and adoption of agile practices and to foster self-organisation.
• Facilitation & Training We serve individuals, teams and groups with suitable approaches & tailor-made workshops and trainings that help them grow, improve their collaboration and achieve their goals.
• Consultation concerning Product Ownership We support product people in maximising business and customer value within the product development process.

What You’ll Bring to the Role :

• Proven experience as an Agile Coach, preferably in several different environments.
• Strong coaching and mentoring skills with the ability to work with people at all levels of the organisation.
• Deep understanding of various management and leadership styles and, ideally, real-life experience.
• Great affinity to work with cross-functional teams to overcome dysfunctions and enhance team performance.
• Experience in organisational development and change management, striving to increase business agility.
• Willingness to take pragmatic approaches to reach short-term business goals.
• Passion for exchanging knowledge and experience to help each other grow.
