Job Summary

This position will be a key member of the Corporate Accounting and Reporting department supporting efforts associated with ESG (environmental, social and governance) accounting and reporting. This role will be critical in supporting the accurate consolidation and reporting of ESG metrics, including greenhouse gas emissions reporting.

Job Description

Core Responsibilities

  • Assist in aggregating divisional data and results on a quarterly and/or annual basis.
  • Prepares fluctuation analysis of results for management review to ensure the accuracy and completeness of reporting.
  • Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders including corporate accounting & reporting, divisions and sustainability office to support emissions tracking and reporting.
  • Conduct ESG/sustainability research and benchmarking as needed.
  • Support the coordination with internal/external auditors with respect to assurance received over emissions reporting.
  • Other ad hoc projects as needed

  • Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
  • Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary.
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Education/Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or equivalent;
  • Generally requires 5-7 years
  • Self-starter with the ability to work on multiple concurrent tasks
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with strong Excel skills
