For the new plant In Nova Hospoda (Bor u Tachova) we are looking for a new person to work on the position of: Senior Accountant

Place of work: Nova Hospoda (Bor u Tachova)

To your tasks will belong:

• Control of incoming documents with concluded contracts and orders
• Ensuring the correct recording of the company’s assets
• Preparation of selected reports for the Group purposes
• Document assignment and booking
• Issuing of sales invoices
• Settlement of all employee expenses
• Supervision and preparation of payments
• Preparation and confirmation of balances with contractors
• Debt collection
• Keeping a record of fixed assets (assets settlement of investments)
• Month end close activities – preparation of accruals for non-approved/booked invoices
• Statutory reporting
• Reconciliation of bank statements and other balance sheet accounts
• Participation in annual audits; cooperation with auditors
• Cooperates with tax authorities in case of tax reviews (including “Data box” management)

Profile of our ideal candidate:

• Proactivity, attention to detail, diligence and adherence to deadlines, which are the hallmarks of every correct and experienced accountant.
• Knowledge of VAT issues.
• Communicative English – we work daily with Poland.
• If you have detailed experience, we will certainly welcome them, however, they are not a condition.
• 5 years of accounting experience and demonstrable good results.
• You will be part of a financial team, so it is important to be a team player and be able to communicate with your colleagues.
