Your responsibilities

The Senior Account Specialist position is for an individual with leading customer service and problem solving experience. Providing administrative support to the supplier base and internal company end-users. Provides in-depth troubleshooting and problem solving, interacting with Boeing, TMX Aerospace purchasing, emergent support, and strategy participants. Acts as resource for Account Specialists.

  • Perform general office administration duties, including: answer incoming phone calls, emails, copying, faxing, and filing. Provide customer service regarding products, services, and order status.
  • Accurately enter and process orders; including specialty order entry: Web/EDI, NNS, Skin Sheet, Mill Direct, Coil, Titanium, Forging, JIT, Kits/Kanban (as assigned). Ensuring all orders are placed in a timely manner.
  • Provides support and assists the company as necessary for AOG requests.
  • Initiate NCD material rejection, and/or credit claims for corporate quality and claims department for review; facilitate completion.
  • Facilitate logistics scheduling, tracking; coordinate with freight forwarders and warehouses (as needed.)
  • Identify order exceptions required for best part, freight and material optimization.

Your profile

Requirements:

  • Background should include a minimum of three years’ customer service experience in a high volume, fast paced customer service environment.
  • Senior Account Specialists must possess strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Must be computer literate, possess strong problem solving skills, and the ability to successfully manage multiple projects.
  • Must have demonstrated responsibility for assignments, knowledge of mainframe, Inside Sales System, and Aerospace products.
  • The ability to complete projects as assigned with minimal supervision.

Educational Requirements:

  • 2 year /4 year College degree preferred; or equal years’ experience.
  • Minimum high school diploma/GED and 2+ yrs. customer service or insides sales experience.
  • Bilingual (Japanese, Korean, Mandarin, or as applicable) speaking, reading, and writing skills are an advantage.
