What You’ll Do At Deel:

  • Own Deel’s account based marketing (ABM) strategy from inception to execution to reporting for all of Deel, globally; Develop and execute digital marketing strategies focused on key accounts to generate performance and drive awareness and engagement, supporting the sales pipeline.
  • Drive the first ever ABM marketing program with our ABM vendor, so you have the opportunity to shape what the program looks like, the strategy and where it grows into.
  • Own the relationship with our ABM vendor, partnering with the Sales Operations Manager to align with the overall Sales team to synchronize targeted account lists, motions and messaging.
  • Initiate, manage and collaborate cross-functionally with other teams (product marketing, content, sales, etc.) to generate the most effective campaigns across all marketing channels.
  • Define and analyze KPIs, enhance campaign effectiveness, and ensure alignment with sales objectives.
  • Educate the Growth team on latest trends and clear insights on performance to enhance knowledge across teams and provide new ideas to facilitate growth.

Some Key Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B paid marketing with at least 2 years of experience focused on account-based marketing (ABM) including building strategy, managing media, sales/marketing alignment, and working with ABM relevant software & analytics
  • Experience working with Salesforce, Hubspot, and ABM technologies (Demandbase a huge plus)
  • You have run marketing programs globally and experience working with different markets and localization
  • Proactive self-starter with high autonomy and the ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
  • You are data-driven and comfortable with setting up dashboards and using the latest analytics tools to track the performance of your initiatives
  • You are an active relationship builder who can collaborate with internal and external teams to consistently improve processes and communication workflows
  • You are self-motivated and adaptable and comfortable with a fast-paced environment
  • You are fluent in written and spoken English

We’d especially love to speak with you if you’ve:

  • Managed ABM Marketing programs in-house for an HR or FinTech B2B SAAS company, for multiple markets/regions
  • You have created ABM marketing strategy from scratch
  • You have worked at a very fast-growing startup/scaleup
  • You have previously successfully worked in a remote & distributed team
  • You are fluent in other languages besides English
