Summary:

You will report to the Director of Sales remotely, develop a geographic territory, cultivate new relationships, educate prospects, and ultimately drive new business revenue with School Districts.

What You Will Do:
Develop a geographic territory, cultivate new relationships, educate prospects, and ultimately drive new sales to exceed revenue targets while working in a POD structure
You will conduct webinars and in-person presentations and perform calls and emails necessary to develop a strong relationship with the prospects.
Demonstrate an effective approach to developing your territory, keeping a business plan up-to-date, and building on a proper sales strategy.
Cultivate deep relationships that result in a deep knowledge of your territory, market trends, competitor activity, and budgetary constraints
Ongoing learning of our product /services.
Manage product evaluations, and coordinate with sales engineers to provide a high level of success through our standard POCs

Preferred Qualifications, Skills, and Experience:
Demonstrated success in EdTech new business sales for 3+ years
5+ years of closing experience preferred
Skilled in consulting with large school districts and states, enabling you to work in a consultative environment with a longer sales cycle
K-12 education/administration is beneficial
Experienced with Social Emotional Learning (SEL), Multi-tiered system support (MTSS), or student wellness is beneficial.
Ability to learn and explain technical concepts to technical and non-technical staff at school districts
