Here’s where you come in:

As Security Analyst, you will use connections in the field of geopolitical analysis for information sharing and benchmarking. You will support the team through data analysis using quantitative and qualitative approaches. You will lead information and knowledge management to support the wider security team with timely access to information through practical channels. This includes excellent verbal communication, database-management and an ability to map and present complex information in easily digestible formats to senior leaders and other audiences. You will assist in monitoring global security risks, trends and crises, assisting with tactical and strategic analysis and situation updates to enable operations in high-risk contexts.

Requirements include:

  • Relevant Bachelor’s degree in Security Management, Risk Management, International Relations, Humanitarian security or other related discipline.
  • At least 3 years work experience in professional security / information / intelligence analysis arena in either the humanitarian sector, private sector, public sector or other related professional field;
  • Preferred 5 years work experience in security / intelligence analysis in either the humanitarian sector, private sector, public sector or other related professional field in an international setting;
  • A least 1-2 years experience of field-based analysis to support operational and tactical decision-making with international Agencies, INGOs, Military, Law Enforcement, private sector, public sector or other related field;
  • Sound knowledge and experience in operational and tactical intelligence analysis techniques.
  • Effective in written and verbal communication in English.
