Position Title: Fishery Section Manager

About the Client:
One of the leading retail hypermarket groups with nearly a hundred branch all over UAE
Job Role:
- Deliver exceptional customer service by ensuring staff to pay attention on customer requests and inquiries on fishery section
- Manage and motivate the team to meet sales targets and margin and ensure efficiency and cleanliness of areas especially that Fish section is high maintenance area on cleanliness
- Manage and ensure proper coordination with the section supervisors in terms of fresh fish deliveries daily
- Ensure all hygiene, safety requirements and standards of preparation, preservation and necessary packaging are adhered to
- Negotiate internal promotions with the supplier to enforce the image of discount inside the section
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in the same role
- Open to candidate within the GCC with experience in any local hypermarket
