About the Position: AE7 Dubai is looking for a Secretary to work in their Ras Al Khaimah office. Preferred candidates will have minimum 5 years experience.Role DefinitionReporting to: Office ManagerResponsibilities:Answer phone calls and redirect them when necessaryManage the daily/weekly/monthly agenda and arrange new meetings and appointmentsPrepare and disseminate correspondence, memos and formsFile and update contact information of employees, customers, suppliers and external partnersSupport and facilitate the completion of regular reportsDevelop and maintain a filing systemCheck frequently the levels of office supplies and place appropriate ordersMake travel arrangementsDocument expenses and hand in reportsOther tasks will be assigned as required.Qualities & skills requiredEssential:- Ability to read, write and type in Arabic- Proficiency in Microsoft Office- Must be able to take directions and perform efficiently- Ability to work independently with little to no supervision- Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work well in a team.- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines efficiently.- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.- Ras Al Khaimah residents preferred
