SDET / QA Test Engineer (Automation Java JavaScript) Remote. Are you looking for an impactful SDET / QA Test Engineer role where you’ll drive the adoption of automation across a successful FinTech? You could be joining a tech driven company that use AI, Natural Language Processing and VoIP to provide trade surveillance software solutions. The company’s software ensures that trading processes are conducted ethically by alerting companies if issues are detected and providing trade transcripts.As a SDET / QA Test Engineer you’ll drive the adoption of automation with the aim of being fully automated by the end of 2022. You’ll be providing technical leadership to your team, defining appropriate test strategies and test plans and will build, and extend the existing test frameworks utilising the best in class technologies including Java, JavaScript, Postman and Appium. As a senior team member, you will also have the chance to influence the direction of projects and the adoption of new technologies. This is a fully remote role allowing you to work from anywhere within the UK.Requirements:A QA Test Engineer / Developer in Test with an automation first test approach and the ability to define automation test cases and create testing strategiesStrong testing background with a full understanding of the testing lifecycle OOP development background using Java and ideally JavaScriptStrong problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and collaboration skillsDesirable: CI/CD, API testing tools (Postman), AWS, mobile testingAs a SDET / QA Test Engineer you can expect to earn a competitive salary (up to £90k) plus benefits.Apply today or call to have a confidential discussion about this SDET / QA Test Engineer (Automation Java) role.
