We are looking for a punchy and experienced Agile Lead/Scrum Master to join a Global Consulting firm. This role involves building Agile/Scrum teams and ensuring organizations are instilling best practices. You will be working with FTSE 100/FTSE 250 organizations, on projects with a tenure of 6-12 months and leading Scrum teams of between 8-30 individuals, so leadership capabilities are a must for this opportunity.

Responsibilities

– Define and manage a well-defined project management process and champion ongoing process improvement initiatives to implement best practices for Agile Project Management

-Define project scope and schedule while focusing on regular and timely delivery of value; organize and lead project status and working meetings; prepare and distribute progress reports; manage risks and issues; correct deviations from plans

-Strong investigative, analytical, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to work independently or as part of a team

– You will be based out of our London, UK office, and required to travel to client locations as needed

Qualifications & Experience

-A strong consulting background with global organizations

– You have managed digital transformation programs, leading a project team and interfacing directly with client stakeholders

– Familiarity with Agile delivery toolsets (e.g. Azure DevOps Server, JIRA, Rally, etc.)

– Strong experience within software engineering specifically Cloud, DevOps & Data & Analytics

– Agile thought leader and advocate, with at least 5 years experience in delivery management/scrum master role, across a range of agile methodologies; i.e. Scrum, XP, Kanban

– Excellent leadership, communication (written and oral), and interpersonal skills
