ScottMadden is currently seeking a full-time Survey Analyst. This role will support ScottMadden’s survey business by contributing to all phases of survey projects, including survey building, testing, deployment, analysis, and reporting. The ScottMadden Survey Team creates and administers a range of web-based surveys to meet greater project team and client needs, such as work activity assessments, voice of customer surveys, strategic board surveys, and competency assessments, among others. The team also supports ScottMadden’s internal initiatives. ScottMadden is currently working in a hybrid environment. We expect all employees to spend at least 40% of the month in the office.
Successful candidates must be able to:
Preparing materials and draft surveys for client review
Incorporating feedback and edits to finalize survey design
Preparing survey distribution lists and employee data participant samples
Building surveys in Qualtrics survey software
Testing and finalizing surveys for deployment, including coordinating with client IT contacts
Monitoring survey activity, providing response updates, responding to participant questions
Performing statistical analysis of the survey data
Preparing survey reports including extensive chart creation and client deliverables
Supporting other research projects as needed
Qualification Requirements
Strong data analysis skills with deep experience using MS Excel
Experience using analytical tools such as SPSS
Experience with data reporting, modeling, and dashboards
Experience using MS Office software
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Ability to synthesize information into concise and high-quality work products
Customer service orientation and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders, including staff and partners
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work both independently and as part of a team
Experience with Qualtrics or other survey platforms is a plus
Able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced, quickly changing environment
Reliable for accuracy and thorough work – strong attention to detail
Discretion to handle confidential information
Education and Experience Requirements:
A or B.S. degree, preferably in Business, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Analytics, or similar discipline
Minimum 3.0 GPA
1 to 2 years of professional working experience preferred
