By 2030, 150 million people are able to prevent or resolve their most pressing justice problems. Do you want to join us on our mission?

HiiL is a social enterprise. We have developed a data, innovation, and transformation driven approach that we are applying in different countries, mainly in Africa and the MENA region. We are looking for a Scale-up advisor based in The Hague, The Netherlands.

The Justice Accelerator is HiiL’s flagship innovation programme that funds, trains and scales a global cohort of justice startups each year. We are the only accelerator world-wide that is dedicated to justice and SDG16, and have supported over 150+ startups world-wide since 2011 through our Innovation Justice Challenge. With support from our local hubs, we run the accelerator in West Africa, East Africa and the MENA region. For fast growing startups we have an investment-readiness programme and impact investment fund.

As our Scale-Up Advisor you will have the key responsibility to manage, analyse and support the growth of HiiL’s fastest growing justice startups.
