Expertise:
��� At least 3 EC end to end implementation (hands-on) experience
��� At least 3 EC support project experience
��� Expert level hands on knowledge of SF-EC, SF-Compensation and over all knowledge of SuccessFactors modules
��� Processes and configurations in Employee Central and its integration with other SF modules as well as SAP on premise S/4 HANA HCM and Integration with Third-party system
��� Configuration of MDF objects, Rules and Workflows for EC with Time Management and Organization and Position Management etc.
��� Data migration and data management activities in SuccessFactors.
��� Expert in Train the Trainer & end user training including preparation of End User Manuals
��� Expertise on SIT and UAT is a must.
��� Should have extensive experience spanning across all phases of SAP project life cycles, covering: design, Iterations, data preparation, user training, Go-Live, Hyper care & post go-live support
��� Expert knowledge of EC related Analytics (WFA, ORD, SAC etc.)
��� Knowledge of ECSC (Employee Central Service Center), VPM (Visa and Permit Management), SAC Planning is a plus
