Job Description:��� Design and develop complex reports using SAP Business Object XI R3, 4.1 tools like Web Intelligence, Rich client.��� Plan and implement automated bursting of reports via publication services and Scheduling.��� Perform requirement analysis; provide effort estimation Comprehensive knowledge of SDLC and QA/Testing methodologies and deliverables.��� Experience with trouble shooting production issues.��� Strong Knowledge in Writing SQL and PL SQL using MS SQL Server, Sybase and Oracle.��� Good understanding of User Security in Business Objects any additional knowledge on SAP BO CMC is Plus.��� Experience with migrating reports.��� Migration of data analysis work products from one reporting software tool to another, such as from Crystal Reports to Business Objects.��� Development of new, or modification of existing, metadata describing data structures and encodings to facilitate end-user discoverability and understanding.��� Development of new, or modification of existing, aggregations to facilitate analytic performance improvements.��� Definition of new, or modification of existing, roles controlling access to data analysis work products.��� Develop or enhance data analysis work products as assigned by the business user.��� Packaging of data analysis work products for deployment to test and production environments.��� Analysis and resolution of defects identified in data analysis work products.��� Experience in tuning and enhancing universes with SQL Queries for the Report performance.Technical Requirements:��� Excellent knowledge of SAP Business Objects Suite including SAP HANA, SAP Lumira, Microsoft PowerBI.��� SAP Business Objects Reporting and Data Visualization experience using Web Intelligence and Dashboards.��� Should have used Derived tables, Universe restrictions, and Aggregate Awareness features in Designer.��� Expertise in dimensional data modelling, Star Schema modelling, fact and dimensional table design, physical and logical data modelling.Soft Skills:��� Has high standards, results oriented, and a commitment to delivering high quality product on time.��� Should have excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong analytical and problem-solving skills.��� Self-motivator and self-starter, Ability to own and drive things without supervision and works collaboratively with the teams across the organization.
