Tasks

• You can contribute by using your skills to design and deliver user-friendly products that meet the needs of our users while adhering to high code quality and standards.
• You will actively engage with cross-functional teams, collaborating closely with colleagues, product managers, and designers to ensure the success of our projects.
• You may focus on developing and maintaining Salesforce customizations and integrations, which are crucial components of our business operations.
• You are encouraged to analyze complex business needs and provide innovative, effective solutions, staying up-to-date with the ever-evolving world of Salesforce technologies.
• You will play a pivotal role in customizing Salesforce solutions to meet project managers’ requirements, designing, coding, and implementing Salesforce applications to optimize our CRM functionality.
• Your testing and troubleshooting efforts will ensure the stability and reliability of these applications.
• Additionally, you are expected to contribute to the security and integrity of our application software by following best practices and maintaining a strong focus on data protection and system reliability.

Requirements

• You bring at least 5 years of experience working with Salesforce, Apex, LWC, and related technologies.
• You can demonstrate proficiency in Salesforce permissions, roles, reports, dashboards, and related features.
• You should have practical knowledge of modern software development practices and Agile methodologies.
• You must have prior experience working in a fast-paced startup environment.
• You need to maintain a strong product-oriented mindset, focused on delivering tangible user value.
• You should possess excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• You can show a commitment to continuous learning, growth, and the exchange of feedback.
• Proficiency in SQL, JavaScript, and APIs is expected.
