Requirements:
- Preferable to have experience in cold calling and sales.
- Preferable to have experience working in a call center environment.
- Experience in, or familiarity with, the insurance industry including Medicare is a plus.
- Excellent English is a must.
- Undergraduates and Graduates in any major.
- Flexibility with USA working hours.
- Strong communication skills.

- Transportation (door-to-door for girls in night and overnight shifts )
- Fixed night shifts / fixed weekends
- Working hours are 7 hours and a half + 1 hour and 30 mins break ( from 4 Pm to 1 AM)
Responsibilities:
- Filtering potential clients
- Checking requirements
- Informing clients about Insurance Updates
- Initiating the necessary procedures to transfer the client to the correct department
- Handling inquiries and questions from customers
