We are looking for a “Sales Support Engineer” for our client that operating in HVAC industry.
Main responsibilities;
- Making selections and preparing quotations according to specifications and inquiries made by potential local or foreign customers and agents from responsible countries,
- Giving technical support to Turkey customers on phone,
- Preparing technical documents for tenders,
- Preparing sales contracts and order confirmations,
- Preparing regular reports related to sales to the management team,
- Giving technical and commercial support to sales engineers, sales managers and foreign agents,
- Being responsible for order intake by entering in CRM software and preparing purchase order documents for order handling,
- Working in coordination with logistics, bookkeeping and financing departments.
Qualifications;
- Working experience in a similar role,
- University degree in mechanical engineering or other related fields,
- Good level of written and verbal English language, additional German language will be an asset,
- Good level of MS office applications,
- Understanding of basic CRM applications,
- Capable of learning product selection software,
- AutoCAD software knowledge will be an asset,
- Well organized, detail-oriented and self-motivated,
- Valid driver’s license preferable,
- Able to travel in Turkey and abroad when necessary,
- Team player, the ability for being multitask,
- Eager for learning new developments and technologies.
