Your responsibilities
��� Take responsibility for our and grains, silos and equipment sales customers in Erbil and Iraq region, including the support of Key Accounts, Retail Brand Customers, regular Feed and grains Customers
��� Developing and implementing innovative sales and marketing strategies within Iraq market
��� Creating and fulfilling own sales plans and budget on the basis of market plans
��� Controlling all sales activities with existing and potential customers
��� Establish and develop long-term customer relationships
��� Monitoring the… market and identify market potential
��� Develop customer concepts in cooperation with product management, application and product development
��� Direct reporting to the Sales Director Iraq,
Your profile
��� MBA or better in Administration des affaires – Business Administration.
��� 2-5 years: Minimum 2 years in marketing & sales experience, Iraq experience is a must and food industry is an asset
��� Strong sales and Key account management.
��� Must have products launch experience and key tender management
��� Experience in managing a mixed portfolio and B2B experience is an asset
��� Experience and ingredients business
��� Knowledge and commercial contacts to the feed and grains market
��� Flexible and willingness to travel regularly within the region
��� Excellent Arabic and English language skills
��� Independent and structured work
��� Enthusiasm, initiative and ability to work under pressure
��� Team spirit and strong communication skills
��� Strong customer, service orientation and technology skills
