Job Title: Sales Representative – Digital Card COE (Center of Expertise) REQ#

Position Overview

The Sales Rep – Digital Card Consultant will be responsible for the development, qualification, and acceleration of opportunities around the Digital Card product solutions (Instant Digital Card Issuance and Management for Banks and Issuers – e.g. Push to Apple Pay,…). Within the Digital Card COE team the sales rep will focus on Financial Institutions’ accounts in MEA.

This position is great for the driven individual who strives to create successful business relationships and deliver exceptional customer service, while helping to drive top line revenue and profitability in our Instant Financial Issuance / Digital Card Solutions (DCS) sales organization. By taking on this role, you’re setting yourself up for limitless potential, while joining a fun, hardworking team.

Responsibilities

  • Day-to-day targeting, soliciting and closing of new business through cold calling, leveraging existing customers, inbound leads, following-up on referrals and collaborating with sales executives.
  • Taking sole responsibility and ownership for analyzing market opportunities, growing our business, development of sales strategies
  • Update annual/quarterly business plans and reviews to ensure performance against plan
  • Communicate directly with customers; positively represent the company and provide excellent customer service
  • Ability to listen to and interpret customer requirements, build knowledge of customer challenges and present technical solutions that directly apply to customer needs
  • Successfully manage and overcome prospect objections
  • Provide product presentations/demos to clients virtually and at select conferences when necessary

Basic Qualifications

  • Minimum 4 years of work experience
  • Track record of consultative/solutions selling and team selling
  • Technical competence and ability to utilize various software and hardware platforms (CRM, Oracle, Business Intelligence, PRM)
  • Proficient with MS products: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
  • Travel Requirement up to 50%
  • Experience in Payments (e.g. Card schemes, Card Processors) &/or Digital Banking (e.g. Digital Banking App providers & Platforms).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Fluency in English, French & Arabic
  • Experience in solution sales.
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and written
  • Demonstrated creative, analytical and critical thinking abilities
  • Goal oriented, persistent, skilled collaborator with exceptional communication & interpersonal skills
  • Experience driving growth through channel partners
  • Experience in different aspects of channel management, including recruitment, enablement, demand generation, business planning, conflict management and performance management
  • Proven ability to create brand mind share within a network of channel partners
