Schneider’s Transportation Management (STM) Team is seeking energetic and self-motivated Sales Operations Interns to join our team in Dallas, TX in June for our summer internship. In this role you will apply classroom knowledge to real-world experiences by assisting several departments including Carrier Sales, Customer Service, and Account Management, all while working in a fun and face paced environment. Responsibilities

Negotiation and quoting carriers to ensure shipments are picked up and delivered on time.

Identify and develop new business opportunities and begin building your personal book of business.

Communicate and network with associates across all levels of the organization.

Build strong relationships while delivering results to both internal and external customers.

Learn from subject matter experts to enhance your knowledge of the Transportation and Logistics industry. Skills and qualifications

Will have successfully completed their second year of college or first year of a technical school program and are currently enrolled as a full-time student.

Pursing a degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field.

Ability to work 40 hours per week, Monday

  • Friday; 7:00 am
  • 5:00 pm, June
  • August.

Proven critical thinking, analytical and organizational skills.
