Zain Iraq Is Actively recruiting to hire a Sales Operation Officer in Mosul who is responsible for the management of activation and customer service activities with the guidance of the Sales Supervisor. Another responsibility of this position is to support all field operations including delivery operations, relations with outsourced service partners, and management of distributors.Support provisioning of technical support to all outlets generated from the customer service and sales representatives to ensure achievement of activities as per set SLA���sInvolve in re-activation of accounts/update account status with billing and collection control and provide technical support according to needsActively involve in inactivation operations, KYC activities, and other commercial support activities per the guidance of the department managersWork in coordination with customer service by supporting in KYC, activations, and other sales and operations related requests
