Position Summary:

Are you a servant leader and driven to win deals? myCOI is looking for a confident, action-oriented Sales Manager who is powered by excellence and achieving results by accelerating their team’s ability to sell directly to target customers that face the challenges associated with certificate of insurance management. It is time to expand our sales team as we capture the open market, and we’re looking for a great leader to help drive our mission!

Focused Responsibilities:

  • Utilize the current adopted sales methodology, coach Account Executives in sales, and closure strategies, pipeline management, opportunity management, and career planning/development
  • Ongoing mentoring and development of sales team
  • Accountable for the team sales quotas
  • Onboarding new sales team members
  • Providing consistent coaching and feedback to Account Executives
  • Report on all aspects of the business to senior management
  • Develop an executable business plan to exceed the yearly revenue goals
  • Provide guidance to sales team members on proper utilization of our tech stack to ensure data integrity and process efficiency
  • Assist in all aspects of the sales process including contract negotiations to increase win rate

Travel Responsibilities:

  • Some travel involved for trade shows

Basic Qualifications:

  • A successful track record selling B2B solutions to management decision makers
  • A successful track record leading B2B Account Executives
  • Are eager to maintain a student mentality and continuously learn
  • Experience managing a sales team in a fully remote environment
  • A goal-oriented mindset, with proven success of exceeding sales quotas
  • Have a confident and articulate communication and presentation style
  • Bring a positive attitude while working with a collaborative team
  • Experience with learning/leveraging sales tech stack to increase sales effectiveness
  • Have a disciplined approach to time management
  • A servant leader mindset
  • Experience diagnosing pipelines and using analytics to guide sales coaching
  • 5+ years of successful sales experience
  • 2+ years of sales leadership experience

Educational Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred but not required
